Trail Creek Real Estate Partners LLC is a private equity real estate investment firm based in Sun Valley, Idaho.

We invest in industrial and office properties in growth markets around the Intermountain West.  Taking a hands-on approach to each project, we execute on a precise business plan to maximize returns for our investors.

Investment Criteria: Deal Size: $5M-$25M
Asset Type: Office, Industrial, Flex/R&D, Multi and Single Tenant
Condition:  Strategically located, value-add (vacancy and/or capital or tenant improvement work needed) 
Cooperation: We work closely with local brokerage firms to transact on both on and off-market opportunities

PARTNER

Matt Currie
Matt served as Principal for 20 years at CM Commercial Real Estate, a leading Bay Area boutique brokerage firm, with a focus on office/R&D leasing and sales throughout the region as well as on a national basis for select clientele. In that period he was responsible for hundreds of transactions with a value over $500 million, as well as managing day to day operations for the firm. Matt holds a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and lives in Sun Valley with his wife and two boys.

Andrew Stoddard
With 15+ years in commercial real estate, Andrew provides a wealth of knowledge and experience in buying, selling, and leasing industrial and office buildings. Prior to forming Trail Creek Partners, he was a Principal at Lee & Associates Oakland, a San Francisco Bay Area brokerage firm. Prior to that, he handled asset management and leasing for a 10+ million square foot portfolio, owned & operated by Prologis (NYSE:PLD), the world’s largest industrial REIT. Andrew holds a B.A. from University of California, Berkeley, and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and three children.
